Flint came to us as a 7 week old puppy. We drove home with him from Montana holding him in our arms. Early in his training and development we recognized his outstanding talents.  His marking and water ability stood out incredibly. Flint ran Junior, Senior and Master and qualified for the Master National without EVER failing a hunt test stake.  Realizing he had so much more potential, after attending a Dave Rorem Seminar, Flint was sent to Rorem Retrievers where he was placed in full time training for field trials.  Within a year Flint obtained his Field Trial Championship.  His career provided him with 65 points before he was taken form us by cancer at age 9.

Flint’s pedigree boast of highly recognized Field Trial Champions such as Code Blue, Wilderness Harley to Go and National Open RC winners Dust Devil Shoot the Moon and Ebonstar Lean Mac.
